Summit Day: Start early (around 2:00 AM) for the summit push to Point Lenana (4,985 meters / 16,355 feet). The climb is steep and challenging, but the sunrise views from the summit are unforgettable.
Descent: After summiting, descend back to Mintos Hut for breakfast, then continue descending to Chogoria Gate.
Elevation: Point Lenana (4,985 meters), Chogoria Gate (2,950 meters).
Hiking Time: 8-10 hours (summit and descent).
Overnight: Chogoria Town or drive back to Nairobi.
