ACCOMMODATION: Prices are based on single, double, and triple rooms occupancy
ALTERATION TO TOURS: The sequence and accommodation of all itineraries are normally adhered to, but we reserve the right to make alterations enforced by weather, roadworks, high season congestion, or other causes. Any delays caused by breakdowns or mechanical failure of vehicles on safari will not be the liability of the company. As specified, accommodation is guaranteed and subject to availability when paid in advance.
TRANSPORTATION: Transfers, excursions, and tours are by saloon cars and safari vehicles with an English-speaking driver / guide.
BOOKING: A deposit of 50% of the cost of the safari shall be required for any booking later than 60 days before the date of the safari.
PAYMENT: All safaris must be fully paid for before the commencement of the safari.
SAFARI ORIENTATIONS: Unless the safari is private, clients will share the safari facilities with others. Clients are therefore advised to be of a good nature and enjoy being with others. Be prepared to encounter customs and habits that may differ from your own, and embrace them as part of the adventure.
Cancellation Policy – Supersight Tours & Travel Ltd
At Supersight Tours & Travel Ltd, we recognize that travel plans may occasionally need to be adjusted. Our
Cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and consideration for both our valued clients and our service partners, including hotels, lodges, camps, airlines, and other tour operators.
1. Cancellation by the Client
All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email and will take effect upon acknowledgment of receipt by Supersight Tours & Travel Ltd.
The following terms shall apply:
• More than 60 days before travel: Full refund less 10% administrative fee.
• 30–59 days before travel: Refund of 70% of the total tour cost.
• 15–29 days before travel: Refund of 50% of the total tour cost
• Less than 14 days before travel or in the event of a no-show: No refund will be issued.
Please note: Each service provider—such as hotels, lodges, camps, and partner tour operators—maintains
independent cancellation terms. Supersight Tours & Travel Ltd will apply these respective partner conditions in addition to our internal policy.
2. Amendments and Postponements
Requests to amend or postpone confirmed bookings are handled with flexibility and subject to availability:
• 30 days or more before travel: Changes will attract only a nominal administrative fee.
• Less than 30 days before travel: Amendments may incur additional costs as stipulated by the third-party
suppliers.
3. Cancellation by Supersight Tours & Travel Ltd
In the unlikely event that Supersight Tours & Travel Ltd is compelled to cancel a booking due to circumstances
beyond our control such as natural disasters, political instability, or national park closures, clients shall be
entitled to:
• A full refund of all monies paid to Supersight Tours & Travel Ltd, or
• The option to reschedule or transfer the booking to an alternative date or itinerary of equal value.
LIABILITY: The company’s liability to passengers carried in vehicles for transfers, excursions, and tours is governed by the laws of Kenya, and all claims are subject to the courts of Kenya. Whilst every care is taken, the company shall not be held liable for loss or damage to personal property, and clients are advised to arrange relevant insurance from their country of origin. The company has a safe deposit, and clients are advised to deposit their valuables so that they do not suffer any losses.
SUB CONTRACT: The company reserves the right to sub-contract any part or the full safari, and in the event of such sub-contract, all the above terms shall apply.
