What to Expect

Expect a classic African safari experience with wide-open plains, abundant wildlife, and stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Amboseli is famous for its large elephant herds and excellent photography opportunities.
Wildlife commonly seen includes elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, hyenas, and a variety of bird species. The park’s open landscape makes game viewing easier and more rewarding.
Game drives are done in a 4×4 Safari Land Cruiser with a pop-up roof, offering great visibility and comfort. Morning and afternoon drives provide the best chance to see animals when they are most active.
Accommodation at Manjaro Tented Camp offers comfortable en-suite tents and a peaceful natural environment.

Itinerary

Day 1Nairobi – Amboseli

Depart Nairobi in the morning, drive to Amboseli National Park, arrive in time for lunch, and check in at the camp. Afternoon game drive in the park. Amboseli is known for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalo and a variety of bird species with clear views of Mount Kilimanjaro on good weather days.

Overnight: Manjaro Tented Camp

Meals: Lunch & Dinner

Day 2Amboseli Full Day

Spend the day exploring Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drives. The park offers excellent photography opportunities with Mount Kilimanjaro forming a scenic background. Wildlife commonly seen includes elephants, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, buffalo, and many bird species.

Overnight: Manjaro Tented Camp

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 3Amboseli – Nairobi

Early morning game drive followed by breakfast at the camp. Afterwards depart and drive back to Nairobi arriving in the afternoon with drop off at hotel or airport.
